潘绮瑞大使指出，中以常州创新园发展成效显著，成绩来之不易。希望未来双方能进一步加强沟通交流，务实推动合作。希望园区继续做好企业服务，为以色列企业进入中国提供更多支持。杨芬副市长表示，常州市将务实做好中以常州创新园的建设工作，并在金融、科技、人文交流等领域加强与以色列的交流合作，推动取得更多成果。以色列驻华大使馆经济创新部主任吕媚思、商务事务公使衔参赞艾晔乐，常州市科技局副局长戴亚东，外事办副主任司马双龙，武进区副区长、中以常州创新园管理办公室主任李磊等出席会议。

On March 25th, Ms. Yang Fen, Vice Mayor of Changzhou, led a delegation to the Israeli Embassy.

Ms. Irit Ben-Abba Vitale praised CICP’s tremendous development and expressed the hope to strengthen exchanges with Changzhou for pragmatic cooperation. She also hoped that CICP would continue to provide premium services and more support for Israeli companies.Ms. Yang Fen remarked that Changzhou is committed to developing CICP and enhancing cooperation with Israel in finance, technology, and people-to-people exchanges. Other participants of the talk include Ms. Maizy Eliash Filkovsky, Head of the Embassy’s Economic and Innovation Department, Mr. Yair Albin, Head of the Embassy’s Trade and Investment Mission, Mr. Dai Yadong, Deputy Director of Changzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Mr. Sima Shuanglong, Deputy Director of Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and Ms. Li Lei, Deputy District Mayor of Wujin District People’s Government and Director of Administration Office of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park.

3月2日，园区与以色列驻华使馆经济创新部召开视频会议。

本次会议是园区首次以线上形式与以色列驻华使馆经济创新部开展交流，双方将推动建立长期沟通协作机制，发掘更多合作机遇，共同开启创新合作之旅。以色列驻华使馆经济创新部主任吕媚思女士、经济创新部副主任方怡女士，武进区副区长、中以办主任李磊及中以办相关负责人出席会议。

On March 2nd，CICP held a video conference with the Economic and Innovation Department, Embassy of Israel in China.

The conference marked CICP’s first online exchange with the Economic and Innovation Department. Based on the results of the meeting, the two sides will put in place a long-term communication mechanism, tap into more opportunities for collaboration and embark on a journey of innovative cooperation. Attending the meeting were Head Ms. Maizy Eliash Filkovsky, Deputy Director Ms. Efrat Stienberg, both from the Economic and Innovation Department, and Ms. Li Lei, Deputy District Mayor of Wujin District People's Government and Director of Administration Office of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park.

3月12日，园区举办了以“共植友谊树”为主题的中以文化沙龙。

活动围绕植树节主题开展交流分享，各国友人在园区共同种下一棵友谊树，挂上亲手书写的寄语卡片。这棵国际友谊树寄托了各国人士对园区、对常州的一份美好祝愿。来自以色列、德国、比利时、奥地利、美国的嘉宾等二十余人参加了本次活动。

On March 12th, CICP held a cultural salon under the theme of Jointly Planting A Tree of Friendship.

During the event, international friends from different parts of the world exchanged their thoughts on Arbor Day. They jointly planted a tree of friendship, and decorated it with their handwritten cards, on which they wrote down their best wishes to CICP and Changzhou. More than 20 guests from Israel, Germany, Belgium, Austria and the US took part in the event.

3月12日，园区与以色列出口协会召开视频会议。

以色列出口协会主席Adiv Baruch和武进区副区长、中以办主任李磊与在线会谈，就推动双方合作交换了意见。Adiv Baruch主席表示，对合作前景充满信心，愿与园区保持密切沟通，探索开展多形式合作，推动更多高质量项目发展。库克尔曼投资管理公司CEO Haggai Ravid，中以办有关负责同志参加会议。

On March 12th, CICP held a video conference with the Israel Export Institute. 

Adiv Baruch, the Institute’s chairman, exchanged views with Li Lei, Deputy District Mayor of Wujin District People's Government and Director of Administration Office of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park, on how to promote bilateral cooperation. Chairman Adiv Baruch expressed his full confidence in the prospect of cooperation. He believes that through close communication with CICP, future cooperation will be carried out in multiple forms, yielding an increasing number of high-quality programs. Haggai Ravid, CEO of Cukierman & Co. Investment House, and staff at the Administration Office also participated in the conference.

3月16日，“以临床应用为导向的医疗创新基金”启动申报

国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心、江苏省中以产业技术研究院共同设立“以临床应用为导向的医疗创新基金”，将紧密围绕我国骨科与运动康复领域疾病防治需求，以临床应用为导向、以成果转化为重点，支持科研团队跨学科、跨部门开展前沿研究和应用基础研究。现已开通申请渠道，基金申报细则及申报书在国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心公众号下载。

On March 16th, the application to a medical innovation fund opened. 

The fund, co-founded by National Clinical Research Center for Orthopedics, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation (NCRC) and Jiangsu China-Israel Industrial Technology Research Institute, focuses on clinical application and technology transformation. It supports inter-disciplinary and cross-sector research in both fundamental and cutting-edge areas. The application channel is now open to the public. 3月18日，以色列先进汽车技术（自动驾驶专场）线上路演成功举办。

本次路演由以色列驻沪总领事馆商务处、以色列经济与产业部对外贸易司主办，以色列出口协会与中以常州创新园协办，同时得到中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司的大力支持。本次活动共有5家以色列自动驾驶领域科技公司线上路演，吸引了近20家国内汽车行业企业参与，双方企业就开展进一步合作进行一对一对接。以色列驻沪总领事馆商务领事Niv Hanan，以色列出口协会汽车行业负责人Karin Chen, 武进区副区长、中以办主任李磊出席活动并在线致辞。

On March 18th, an online demo was held on Israel’s advanced auto technologies. The demo show had a special focus on autonomous vehicles. 

The demo was hosted by the Commerce Department of the Consulate of Israel in Shanghai and the Foreign Trade Department of Israel’s Ministry of Economy and Industry. It was co-organized by the Israel Export Institute (IEI) and CICP, and sponsored by China Automotive Technology & Research Center. Five Israeli companies made the demo, attracting nearly 20 Chinese companies to take part in the event. Following the demo was the online B2B matchmaking event, during which some companies expressed their intent for collaboration. Speaking at the event were Economic Consul Niv Hanan, Chairman of IEI Karin Chen and Li Lei, Deputy District Mayor of Wujin District People's Government and Director of Administration Office of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park.

3月23日，以色列驻沪总领馆商务领事韩宁伟一行来园区参访。

武进区区长陈志良亲切会见以色列驻沪总领馆商务领事韩宁伟，双方就进一步深化创新合作展开友好交流。韩宁伟领事一行实地参观了武进规划馆和园区重点创新平台，并与园区企业交流座谈。韩宁伟表示，园区令人印象深刻，他将介绍更多以色列高科技企业来常创新创业，更好地支持武进与以色列的各项合作，共同打造更优的创新创业生态圈，助力中以常州创新园更好发展。武进区副区长、中以办主任李磊陪同参访。

On March 23rd, Niv Hanan, economic consul of the Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai, led a delegation to visit CICP.

Chen Zhiliang, Mayor of Wujin District, met with Niv Hanan and exchanged views on how to further collaborative ties on innovation. The delegation visited Wujin Planning Museum and some key innovation platforms in CICP, followed by a forum held with enterprises in the CICP. According to Niv Hanan, he was impressed by the achievements of CICP, and would introduce more Israeli high-tech enterprises to Changzhou. He believed that in the future, an optimized ecosystem for innovation would give a boost to CICP’s development. Li Lei, Deputy District Mayor of Wujin District People's Government and Director of Administration Office of China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park，accompanied the delegation during the visit.

3月25日-26日，园区赴中国电子学会和中国机械工业联合会拜访交流。

园区与中国电子学会在产业合作、人才培养、资源导入等方面进行了深入交流，并期望在未来建立新的合作机制，共同赋能地区传统产业转型升级，推动优势产业影响力进一步提升；与中国机械工业联合会的交流中，双方围绕武进区产业发展特别是机器人产业特色展开了深入探讨，宋晓刚副会长表示将支持武进机器人产业不断集聚、提升，并将在产业园建设、智能工厂布局、产教融合、国际合作等方面与武进区及园区开展深入合作。

On March 25th and March 26th, a delegation from CICP visited the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) and China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF).

While on the visit to CIE, CICP carried out in-depth communication with their staff in terms of industrial cooperation, talent cultivation and resource gathering. It is hoped that in the future, a new cooperation mechanism will be put in place to empower the transformation of traditional industries on the regional level. During the visit to CMIF, the two sides discussed the industrial development of Wujin District, and the robotics industry in particular. According to Vice Chairman Song Xiaogang, with the clustering of the robotics industry in Wujin, the district will develop to a new level. In the future, CMIF will carry out cooperation with CICP in terms of building intelligent factories, integrating industries with education, etc.

3月30日，中国机械工业联合会执行副会长宋晓刚一行来园区调研。

宋晓刚副会长充分肯定了园区在中以合作及机器人产业领域取得的成绩，并指出，中国机械工业联合会（中国机器人产业联盟）将与园区开展更加深入的合作，链接更多产业资源与国际要素，助力中以常州创新园打造“创新浓度最高、创业热度最高、人才密度最高”的国际化科创园区。常州市工信局副局长张志强，武进区副区长、中以办主任李磊陪同调研。

On March 30th, Song Xiaogang, Executive Vice Chairman of the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF), led a delegation to visit the CICP. 

During the visit, Song spoke highly of the achievements made by CICP in China-Israel cooperation and the robotics industry. According to him, CMIF and China Robot Industry Alliance will strengthen cooperation with the CICP by introducing more industrial resources from around the world, thus building CICP into an international sci-tech park with strong innovation, high talent density and booming entrepreneurship. Zhang Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of Changzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Li Lei, Deputy Mayor of Wujin District and Director of the CICP Administration Office, accompanied him during the visit.
