2023年，中以创新合作迎来新的热潮。为进一步发挥园区平台优势，积极引导两地创新主体交流对接，园区在以色列驻沪总领事馆支持下，重磅推出“Go Israel”活动品牌。“Go Israel”系列活动将围绕特定产业主题，定期组织国内企业赴以对接，共谋合作发展机遇。

　　In 2023, the innovation cooperation between China and Israel ushers in a new upsurge. To further give play to the platform advantages of the CICP and actively guide the exchange and matchmaking between innovative subjects in China and Israel, CICP specially launches the “Go Israel” event brand under the support of the Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai. The “Go Israel” events will, centering around specific industry themes, regularly organize the matchmaking between Chinese enterprises and relevant Israeli enterprises for win-win cooperation.

　　“Go Israel”首站锚定生命健康产业，以“以色列生命科学探秘之旅”为主题，深入考察产业发展态势，多方位开展项目对接。8月17日，“Go Israel”团组扬帆起航，抵达以色列，开始为期7天的合作之旅。本次活动共有近10家国内企业与相关机构参与，团组规模近20人。

　　In the theme of “Exploration Tour for Israel Life Science ”, the inaugural event of “Go Israel” focuses on life science and healthcare industry, aiming to delve into the industrial development landscape and foster extensive project collaboration between China and Israel. On August 17, a “Go Israel” business group with nearly 20 members embarked on a seven-day cooperation tour to Israel. This event attracted nearly 10 Chinese enterprises and relevant institutions as participants.

　　以色列时间8月17日下午，“Go Israel——中以生命健康产业专题对接会”于特拉维夫成功举办。以色列经济与产业部对外贸易司(华南华东)负责人、以色列驻上海总领事馆商务领事海本继，以色列创新署国际合作部中国区负责人塔尔·本·阿夫纳，长三角国创中心主任助理、江苏省产业技术研究院副院长郜军，园区领导周立平出席并致辞。

　　On the afternoon of August 17 (Israel time), the “Go Israel” China-Israel Life Science and Healthcare Industry Matchmaking Meeting was successfully held in Tel Aviv. Ben Haimi (Person in Charge of South and East China affairs of the Foreign Trade Administration, Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry, and Economic and Commercial Consul, Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai), Tal Ben Avner (Person in Charge of China affairs of the International Collaboration Division, Israel Innovation Authority), Gao Jun (Director Assistant of the National Innovation Center par Excellence (NICE), and Vice President of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute), and Zhou Liping (a leader of CICP) attended the event and delivered a speech respectively.

　　周立平在欢迎辞中表示，生命健康产业向来是中以创新合作的热点领域，也是园区产业发展的重点方向。常州生命健康产业基础雄厚，技术承载力强。园区将充分发挥平台优势，服务好双方创新资源对接，通过“Go Israel”系列活动等方式积极搭桥铺路，让更多企业深入认识以色列技术与产业，以定制服务、精准对接促成更多双边合作项目。

　　In his welcome speech, Zhou Liping said that the life science and healthcare remains a hotspot in the innovative cooperation between China and Israel, as well as a key area for the industrial advancement of CICP. He also noted that, leveraging the strong foundation and robust technical capabilities in the life science and healthcare sector within Changzhou, CICP is committed to maximizing its platform advantages. Serving as a bridge, the CICP aimed to facilitate the convergence of innovative resources between China and Israel. This would help to provide participating enterprises with a comprehensive and insightful comprehension of Israel's technology and industry. By delivering tailored services and precise matchmaking, CICP aspired to accelerate more China-Israel cooperation initiatives.

　　海本继表示，以色列在医疗创新领域的实力被世界广为认可，领域内拥有超1800家活跃公司与超6万名行业工作者，以中在生命健康产业的合作前景广阔。而作为连接双方的桥梁，中以常州创新园发挥着巨大的作用。非常高兴看到“Go Israel”系列活动的开展，将帮助双方企业开展深入合作，希望未来能有更多的企业团组通过“Go Israel”来以对接。

　　Ben Haimi said that Israeli strength in the field of medical innovation has been widely recognized worldwide, and Israel has more than 1,800 active companies and more than 60,000 practitioners in the aforesaid field, indicating that the cooperation between Israel and China in the life science and healthcare industry has broad prospects. CICP played an important role in bridging Chinese and Israeli enterprises. Expressing his satisfaction with the “Go Israel” events, Ben Haimi believed that these events would significantly promote the in-depth cooperation between Chinese and Israeli enterprises. Finally, he hoped that the “Go Israel” program would attract more business groups for business matchmaking in Israel in the future.

　　Tal Ben Avner expressed that the “CIP Initiative”, a collaborative effort of the Israel Innovation Authority and CICP, has made remarkable achievements in recent years, and provided exceptional assistance to numerous Israeli enterprises aiming to flourish in China.He hoped that this event would end in complete success, and facilitate more cooperation through business matchmaking.

　　郜军对长三角国创中心的建设与国际科技创新合作情况进行了介绍。他表示，国创中心与以色列的合作可追溯到2019年，合作成功丰硕，包括与中以常州创新园一同投资OurCrowd投资平台等。乐见“Go Israel”活动举办，期待通过加强交流挖掘更多合作机会，未来可以携手取得更多成果。

　　Gao Jun introduced NICE’s development and international scientific and technological innovation cooperation. He highlighted the successful and productive partnership that began between NICE and Israel in 2019, encompassing projects like the joint investment in the OurCrowd investment platform by NICE and CICP. He expressed contentment over the "Go Israel" events and hoped that China and Israel can jointly explore more cooperation opportunities, leading to further accomplishments.

　　本次活动是“Go Israel”行程第一站，共有10余家以色列生命科学企业参会并与国内企业进行面对面对接交流。在接下来的行程里，“Go Israel”团组一行将参访以色列顶级孵化器、投资机构与相关企业，全面深入认识以色列生命科学产业，发掘合作新机遇。
