New strides for Phase II of the CICP Innovation Villageaccelerateglobal investment promotion.

　　Phase II of the CICP Innovation Village was listed as a major provincial project in September 2022 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. A total of RMB 1.5 billion will be invested in the construction of new R&D offices, exhibition centers, production and experimental workshops, and other facilities, which cover a total floor area of 135,062.27 square meters. Phase II will be seamlessly integrated with the overall planning of Phase I, continuing to create a composite innovation space integrating “production, life, and ecology”, engage in international cooperation in the digital industry, and develop into a benchmark for the high-quality development of the digital economy.Currently, the exterior facadeof Buildings No. 18, 19 and 20 are nearly complete while decoration for interior public areas is under way. Municipalengineering and utility networks have been completed and the first layer of asphalt paving for the roads is now finished. 　　Foresight successfully held the second product promotion event in China.

　　On May 23-34, Foresight held its second promotion event in China at the park, inviting nearly ten Chineserenowned companies including Hurys Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd, Huashe Testing Technology Co.,Ltd., and Faw to engage in businessmatchmaking. Two Israeli engineers from Foresight came to the park to exchange their technical experiences with Chinesecompanies and to carry out road testing scenario demonstration, which showcased not only the functions displayed last year, but also new features such as time to collision (TTC) and free spacedisplay.

　　New Column “Information Express”was launched.

　　Committed to regularlyreleasing various demand information, Information Express aims to provide companies with a more effective resource matching service. It helps them find the technologies, talents and market resources they needand builds a platform for exchanges,aiming topromote resource sharing and common development. Currently, the column has releaseddemands from companies like EBrain Scientific Inc., Foresight, Changzhou Ironchain Information Technology, Co., Ltd, Opsys, and FluoScience Medical Technology, whichhas received positive feedback.

　　In May, CICP successfully held two sessionsof INNOVATION TALK.

　　During “TA Talk”, Mr. Hu Yingyuan from Youji Capital Brand and Chen Aijun, director and deputy general manager of Changzhou Xinfazhan Industrial Co., Ltd. were invited to share their insights on “Innovation Stipulation and Brand Communication for B2BEnterprises”and “Investment Promotion from an Investor’s perspective”. In “Weshare”section, CICP team focused on industry chain finance, emerging financial businesses, and major financial events. They shared applications of financial instruments and discussed M&A and restructuring models. The cases were highly relevant to CICP, providing valuable references for its financial innovation ecosystem and expanding participants' knowledge in scientific and technological program development and intellectual property financing.
