  On October 22, Vice Mayor Jiang Pengju delivered a keynote speech at the “2024 Suzhou CreekForum”.

  Vice Mayor Jiang Pengju presented a keynote speech titled “Jointly Building an Open and Innovative Ecosystem for International Cooperation Parks.” The speech comprehensively reviewed the development journey and experience model of CICP, conducted a comparative analysis of the two flagship China-Israel cooperation projects (CICPand China-Israel Innovation Hub), and deeply explored the path for collaborativedevelopmentof the twoparks.

  On October 12, the Chinese Computer Federation’s Intelligent DecisionConference, RLChina 2024, was grandly launched.

  The conference highlightedbasicresearch inintelligent decision, offeredrelevant theoretical and practical courses for young researchers, and announced that Wujin, Changzhou would be the hostcityfor RLChina 2025.

  On October 22, the Match-making Meetingwith Mexico Trade and Economic Delegation was successfully held inCICP.

  The delegation includedMexican business and educational figures, covering trade, technology, education, and media. The park aims to strengthen connections with global innovation resources, support enterprises in expanding internationally and providestrong support for international exchanges and in-depth cooperation.

  On October 22, CICPdelegation went to Shenzhen for economic and trade exchanges.

  District MayorYun Qicheng led the delegation to Shenzhen to visit key technology innovation enterprises and research platforms, reaching relevant strategic cooperation agreements. The park and Shenzhen Kaihong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Both parties agreed to jointly develop OpenHarmony Park in the China-Israel Digital Valley, establishing OpenHarmony ecosystem application enterprises. Meanwhile, an ecosystemfund will be established to cultivate high-quality enterprises. At the Shenzhen campus of Harbin Institute of Technology, Yun Qicheng met with Zhang Guohong, Deputy Party Secretary of the campus, to discuss innovation in industry, resource integration, and shared access to strategic channels.

  On October 25, the China-Thailand SME Match-makingMeeting was successfully held in CICP.

  The exchange delegation included Thai business and educational figures who traveled to China to explore cooperation opportunities. The delegation visited CICP’s exhibition hall and CI Xbot School at Changzhou University. During the meeting, Chinese and Thai participants shared updates on their development and engaged in productive exchanges.

  On October 27, 2024 Open Innovation and Quality Improvement Training Program for Government Officials commenced.

  The training program, jointly organized by CICPand the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, was held at the Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Yigal Cohen, Vice President of GTIIT, expressed hope that this training would foster stronger China-Israel exchanges and boost innovation. Following the opening, trainees toured GTIIT labs in areas such as biotechnology and food engineering.

  In October, the fifth season ofINNOVATION TALKconcluded successfully.

  Episodes 4 and 5 of the fifth season of INNOVATION TALK focused on nurturing innovation entities, exploring the role of innovation platforms in the park’s development and strategies for international park expansion. During “TA TALK”, Zhang Han, General Manager of Joinnovation International Technology Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., and Wang Yuping, Deputy General Manager of XBOTPARK Changzhou, served as guest speakers and delivered keynote speeches. In “Weshare” section, members engaged in debates and presentations, offering in-depth perspectives on the discussed topics.
