On September 14, CICP hosted the “Safeguarding the Park Together” Cybersecurity Salon.
CICP invited experts to give lectures. Two representatives from CICP-based enterprises shared their experiences and insights on topics such as helping businesses safeguard cybersecurity and AI empowering cybersecurity, highlighting the critical role of technological innovation in ensuring cybersecurity.
The PNP Changzhou International Innovation Center Work Progress Seminar was held in CICP.
Jiang Pengju, Vice Mayor of Changzhou, stated that Plug and Play China enjoys a renowned reputation in global innovation ecosystem operations and technology project business attraction. He expressed hope that, through the PNP Changzhou International Innovation Center, they could further integrate Changzhou’s urban innovation DNA with its industrial resource advantages, leverage CICP’s platform strengths, and continuously introduce more international innovation resources, contributing to the developmentof Changzhou’s international innovation ecosystem.
On September 19, CICP hosted the “CICP Lecture UTalk”.
Xu Jieping, CEO, Managing Partner, and Executive Director of Plug and Play China, provided an in-depth analysis of the global innovation ecosystem. He shared insights into cutting-edge industries such as AI+, intelligentmanufacturing, and new energy, helping companies explore development pathways and providing support forChinese tech enterprises.
On September 25, the Israel Agricultural Technology Exchange Conference was successfully held in CICP.
Representatives from the Planting Industry Division of the Changzhou Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau and the head of Israel’s GrowingIL introduced the agricultural development status of both Changzhou and Israel. Six Israeli agricultural tech companies showcased projects focusing on technologies such as drip irrigation and greenhouses, and engaged in B2B matchmaking with 20 local agricultural enterprises.
In September, the Guangdong Technion- Israel Institute of Technology-Changzhou Innovation Research Institute(the “Institute”) made its debut at the 2024 Jiangsu Industry-University-Research Cooperation Matchmaking Conference.
The Institute was invited to participate in the T2+20 International Technology Transfer Service AgenciesForum, attracting widespread attention. Representatives from several related enterprises engaged in in-depth discussions with the Institute, exploring possibilities for technological collaboration.
In September, Phase II of China-Israel Innovation Village project entered its final stages.
The main building construction and exterior façade work have been completed, and supporting facilities, including municipal landscaping and road infrastructure, are also nearing completion. Various acceptance and inspection processes are currently underway.
On September 29, CICP Scholarship Award Ceremony was held in the park.
To honor outstanding students from Changzhou and showcase CICP’s innovative educational achievements, CICP, in collaboration with the Guangdong TechnionIsrael Institute of Technology, hosted the “CICP Scholarship Award Ceremony”. The event was attendedby representatives from high schools affiliated with Changzhou, leaders from the Examination Institute, as well as student award recipients, whoalso delivered speeches.
