The B2B Session on Agriculture and Environmental Protection Industries was successfully held from Nov 30 to Dec 3. The event was part of the Fourth China-Israel Innovation&Enterpreneurship Contest.

The B2B Session received a great response. Seven Israeli companies carried out in-depth online interaction with over 100 Chinese enterprises, with more than ten Chinese companies expressing their will for cooperation. 

11月30日-12月3日，2020第四届中以创新创业大赛B2B线上对接（农业与环保领域专场）成功举办。

本次B2B线上对接反响热烈，7家以色列参赛公司与国内100余家企业在线展开深度对接，并有10余家企业表达了初步合作考虑。

Cui Yuting, the former Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Israel, who now works in the Ministry of Science and Technology, came to visit CICP on Dec 8.

According to Mr Cui, CICP has made remarkable achievements since its upgrade. Breakthroughs have been made on four fronts: program implementation, talent accumulation, platform building and cooperation model development. He would like to see CICP keep up with its efforts in integrating innovation chains, industrial chains and capital chains, and hoped new achievements would be accomplished in cultivating talents and incubating programs.

12月8日，科技部领导、中国驻以色列大使馆前参赞崔玉亭调研园区。

崔玉亭指出，园区自调整提升以来，发展成效显著，在项目实施、人才集聚、平台建设、合作模式探索等方面取得了四个新突破，跑出了加速度。希望园区继续努力，进一步推动创新链、产业链、资本链“三链融合”，做好创新人才培育、创新平台建设等工作，争取更多成绩。

Upon the invitation of CICP, Mr Wang Shi, Founder, Honorary President of Vanke Group, delivered a speech at the third session of the CICP public class on Dec 15, during which he shared his view on the secrets to Israel’s innovative edge. 

As a guest speaker, Mr Wang also discussed with three experts on Israeli studies about the driving force behind Israeli innovation. During his stay in Changzhou, Mr Wang visited CICP and attended the salon held between Chinese and Israeli companies. Noting that CICP had improved the effect of cooperation from three dimensions, he had full confidence in CICP and looked forward to it growing into an international community for innovation. He hoped that in its role as a platform, CICP would attract more Israeli companies, dispatch talents to study in Israel and dock innovation resources in a high-efficient manner. 

12月15日，中以园公开课第三讲邀请万科集团创始人、董事会名誉主席王石带来题为《以色列创新密码解读》的精彩演讲。

万科集团创始人、董事会名誉主席王石担任主讲嘉宾，并与三位以色列研究专家以“溯源以色列创新原动力”为题进行了深入交流。在常期间，王石专题调研园区并和园区企业举办中以企业交流沙龙。王石表示，园区围绕温度、浓度、深度三方面积极提升对以创新合作成效，非常看好中以常州创新园的平台优势，期待园区未来打造国际化创新社区，吸引更多以色列团队来常发展，推动更多企业和人才赴以学习交流，进一步促进创新资源高效对接。

CICP held a video conference with Israel Innovation Authority on Dec 17. 

The two sides exchanged views on the implementation of CICP Joint Construction Plan and the cooperation plan for 2021. Avi Luvton spoke highly of the progress made in 2020. With an efficient communication mechanism in place, the IIA is willing to make joint efforts with CICP to roll out more high-quality cooperation programs. 

12月17日，园区与以色列创新署召开视频会议。

双方围绕《中以常州创新园共建计划》相关内容与实施情况展开交流，并就推进2021年度合作交换了意见。Avi Luvton高度认可了园区2020年度的工作进展，表示双方已建立了有效的沟通机制，愿与园区进一步深化合作，合力提升创新活力，推动更多高质量合作项目发展。

On Dec 17, Mr Shan Zhongde, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) paid a visit to CICP.  

According to Mr Shan, NUAA has established a stable long-term partnership with Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Bar-Ilan University and Holon Institute of Technology. It is his hope that CICP will serve as a bond between NUAA and Israeli universities as well as research institutes. Collaboration between universities and  enterprises will also be strengthened to promote commercialization of innovative products in CICP. 

12月17日，中国工程院院士、南京航空航天大学校长单忠德到园区调研。

单忠德校长表示，南京航空航天大学也与以色列理工学院、巴伊兰大学、霍龙工学院等高校建立了长期稳定的合作伙伴关系。希望能够以中以常州创新园为桥梁纽带和创新沃土，加强南航与以色列高校及科研机构的深入交流，加强政校企开放合作，推动更多中以合作科研创新成果在园区转化、落地，实现共同进步、共同发展。

On Dec 21, a delegation from Jiangsu Industrial Research Institute (JITRI) visited CICP and held a program matchmaking symposium. 

President Gao hoped that specialized institutes within JITRI would strengthen ties with CICP, thus promoting China-Israel cooperation to a new level. In his view, resources from both CICP and China-Israel Institute should be further leveraged so that there would be more cooperation with Israeli companies on technologies and products and more high-tech programs would be introduced from Israel, 

12月21日，江苏省产业技术研究院专业研究所走进园区，并召开专题对接会。

郜军院长希望省产研院各专业院所与园区加强沟通交流，开拓创新思路，积极引入以色列先进科技项目，进一步发挥中以常州创新园与中以研究院的以色列资源优势，推动各专业所与以色列高科技项目的技术与产品合作，深化中以合作交流。

On Dec 23, a press conference on Israeli innovative products was held in CICP. 

There were demos of eight innovation programs from Israel, including Corebone for coral bone craft, ZygoFix for spinal fusion, GoArc for digital security, VocalZoom for IoT sensors, Mego Afek for lymphedema treatment, AD-KNIGHT for road safety solutions, MPP for semi-conductor chip packaging, and Nanomedic for wound care solutions. Forty plus high-tech enterprises in the fields of smart manufacturing, information technology and life science took part in the program matchmaking event and reached initial proposals for cooperation with Chinese companies.

12月23日，以色列创新成果发布洽谈会在园区召开。

会上，以色列珊瑚骨粉项目Corebone、脊柱融合术植入物项目ZygoFix、数字安全项目GoArc、物联网传感器项目VocalZoom、淋巴水肿治疗机项目Mego Afek、道路安全解决方案项目AD-KNIGHT、半导体芯片封装项目MPP、即时伤口护理项目Nanomedic等8个以色列创新项目先后路演发布。40余家智能制造、信息技术、生命健康等产业领域的专精特新企业参加对接洽谈，并达成了初步意向
