On Nov 2, staff working on scientific innovation in Wujin National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone held the monthly multi-department meeting at the CICP conference room. The meeting this month focused on how to meet challenges with confidence and efforts.

Li Lei highlighted the importance of platform thinking and opening-up awareness. All staff are supposed to develop their capabilities in problem-solving, team leadership, execution and quick-learning, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

      11月2日，武进国家高新区科创条线召开主题为“以决战姿态冲刺 以决胜信心攻坚”的联席月度会议。科创条线全体人员要培养平台思维、树立开放格局，锻炼打包解决问题能力、带队工作能力、快速学习能力和执行力，切实提升工作质效。

On Nov 6, 2020 Intelligent Technology and Industry Forum for International Cooperation took place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

As one of the top supporting events of the 3rd CIIE, this year’s theme was Smart Innovation: Empowering a New Future. The Forum was sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and Changzhou Municipal People’s Government, and co-organized by the management office of CICP.  Deputy Mayor Yang Fen, on behalf of the Changzhou municipal government, signed the MOU with the Chinese Institute of Electronics. CICP launched Phoenix Pilot Plan at the forum.

11月6日，“2020智能科技与产业国际合作论坛”在国家会展中心（上海）举行。

作为第三届进口博览会的最高规格配套活动之一，论坛以“赋能新生态 智创新未来”为主题，由工业和信息化部主办，中国电子学会和常州市人民政府承办，中国以色列常州创新园管理办公室协办。成果发布环节，中国电子学会和常州市人民政府签署《智能科技与产业国际合作备忘录》，中以常州创新园“Phoenix领航计划”正式启动。

 

On Nov 6, Guo Qing, Deputy Director on the Standing Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Congress, Secretary of CPC Ankang Municipal Committee, led a government delegation to visit CICP. Mr Qi Jiabin, Pary Secretary of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, accompanied him during the visit.

The two sides hoped to strengthen exchange and collaboration through this visit. Both sides have much to offer each other in terms of technology projects, distinctive industries, and business upgrade & transformation.The two sides will endeavor to open up new fronts in cooperation on both municipal and provincial levels.

11月6日，陕西省人大常委会副主任、安康市委书记郭青率党政代表团来园区交流考察。常州市委书记齐家滨陪同考察。

双方表示，希望通过此次考察，进一步加强交流对接、优势互补，在科技项目合作、特色产业发展、企业升级转型等方面持续发力，努力开创“苏陕合作、常安携手”新局面。

On Nov 11, with the invitation of CICP, Edward Shapira, the Israeli Consul General in Shanghai, visited Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), and met with Mr. Shan Zhongde, President of NUAA and Academician of China Academy of Engineering.

The two sides would like to promote cooperation between Israeli universities, research institutes and NUAA to a new level. President Shan expressed his hope, saying that he would be glad to see the Consul General’s continued support for bilateral cooperation. Consul General Shapira said, he would like to link NUAA with Israel’s innovation resources. It was his belief that the cooperation between NUAA and Israel would yield tangible fruits on the platform of CICP.

11月11日，经园区邀请，以色列驻沪总领事 Edward Shapira 到访南京航空航天大学，并与中国工程院院士、南航校长单忠德亲切会谈。单忠德校长希望总领事先生继续支持以高校、科研院所与南航合作，共同推动双方深化合作领域、提升合作层次。Edward Shapira 总领事表示，非常愿意帮助南航链接以色列优质创新资源，相信在中以常州创新园的平台驱动下，南航对以创新合作一定会结出丰硕的成果。

On Nov 12, Deputy Director of Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office, Mr. Sima Shuanglong was invited by CICP to give a lecture on foreign affairs management.

The lecture covered the principles and mechanism of managing foreign affairs. Mr. Sima also introduced diplomatic rituals, and shared his opinions on how foreign affairs work would serve CICP. Through various cases and pictures, he gave a clear and vivid illustration of key points in foreign affairs management.

11月12日，园区专题邀请常州市外事办公室副主任司马双龙作题为“强化外事管理，助力中以合作”的培训讲座。培训讲座从外事管理的原则、内容、机制，外事礼仪的规范，服务园区的设想等几个方面系统全面展开，将外事工作知识融于生动有趣的案例、图例中，更加直观、清晰地阐述了外事工作的要点。

 

 

On Nov 12, CICP and Israel Innovation Authority held a working conference through video.The two sides agreed to work closer on the Phoenix Pilot Plan, and CICP would provide an all-round, specialized service system for the jointly-build projects in the park.

11月12日，园区与以色列创新署召开工作视频会议。双方表示，将更紧密的围绕“Phoenix领航计划”开展工作，园区也将为共建计划项目在园区的发展提供全方位、专业化的服务体系支撑。

 

On Nov 12, China-Israel Culture Salon was held at Changzhou Guli High-end Equipment Innovation Center, with a theme on Israeli education.The salon focused on the Israeli education. Shachar Dangur was the 2018 champion of Chinese Bridge in Israeli region, he now works in Israel-Jiangsu Innovation Center. He, along with Wei Junfan, who obtained a Master’s degree from University of Haifa, shared with students from School of Intelligent Manufacturing in Changzhou University about the Israeli education philosophies. The students then did a demo show of their innovation projects.

 11月12日，“你好 以色列·中以菁英文化沙龙——赢在终点线的以色列教育”活动在常州固立高端装备创新中心精彩呈现。本次沙龙活动聚焦以色列教育专题，特邀2018年“汉语桥”大赛以色列赛区冠军、以色列江苏中心工作人员Shachar·Dangur及以色列海法大学硕士魏君帆分享以色列教育理念。常州大学智能制造产业学院学生进行了创新项目路演。
