On November 19th, the inspection team of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee visited the Changzhou University-JCIITRI Interdisciplinary Bio Lab, Jiangsu Flexbot Co., Ltd., and X-bot Park (Changzhou). 

The team was briefed on the progress of the relevant projects. CICP will wrap up this year's work, plan for the next year's work and strive to make further achievements.

11月19日，市委督查组到园区督查中以园专班建设工作。

督查组实地查看了常州大学-江苏省中以产业技术研究院联合生物交叉实验室、江苏璟和技创有限公司、固立高端装备创新中心，现场听取企业负责人介绍项目进展。下一步，园区在做好今年各项任务收尾的同时，将重点谋划明年工作目标，确保工作成效。

On November 27th, the grand final of the 2020 4th China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest was held in Changzhou. 

9 Israeli hi-techs out of 44 made to the grand final. Representatives from 100 research institutes, venture capitals, companies and universities were at the site for the presentations and match-making. Around 33,000 viewers watched the grand final online. Three companies - BiomX, Kardome, and Hargol Foodtech - were selected as the top 3.

11月27日，2020第四届中以创新创业大赛总决赛（常州）成功举办。

9家以色列高科技企业从44家参赛企业中脱颖而出入围总决赛，本次总决赛共有来自科研院所、投资机构、企业及高校的代表100名到现场观赛，约3.3万人次观看直播。最终BiomX、Kardome、Hargol Foodtech公司分别斩获本届总决赛的一二三名。

On November 27th, officials from the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) visited CICP. 

The delegation headed by Ruan Xiangping, First-grade Cousel of  the International Cooperation Department of the MOST, Jin Xiaoming, Deputy Director of the Advisory Committee of China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Strategy Research Center and Former Director of the International Cooperation Department of the MOST and Han Jun, Deputy Evaluator of The National Science and Technology Evaluation Center and the Director of the China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Strategic Research Center, etc, visited the Changzhou University-JCIITRI Interdisciplinary Bio Lab, Jiangsu Flexbot Co., Ltd., and X-bot Park (Changzhou). They acknowledged the achievements made by CICP and encouraged CICP to attract more resources for China-Israel innovation.

11月27日，科技部国际合作司领导调研园区。

科技部国际合作司一级巡视员阮湘平，中以创新合作战略研究中心咨专委副主任、科技部国际合作司原司长靳晓明，国家科技评估中心副总评估师、中以创新合作战略研究中心主任韩军等一行先后来到园区中以联合生物交叉实验室、璟和机器人及固立高端装备创新中心，实地考察重点创新平台建设运营情况，对园区工作推进力度表示肯定，并要求园区进一步加速汇聚顶尖创新资源，持续推进中以创新合作。

On November 28th, the X-bot Park (Changzhou) was officially inaugurated.

Mr. Chen Jinhu, Mayor of Changzhou,and Mr. Li Zexiang, Professor of the HONG KONG University of Science and Technology and Director of JCIITRI, jointly inaugurated the park. Meanwhile, a singing ceremony was also held for projects X-bot (Changzhou) and Intelligent Manufacturing School of Changzhou University in CICP. Besides, the robot and intelligent manufacturing service platform of JCIITRI was launched.

11月28日，常州固立高端装备创新中心正式启用。

市长陈金虎与香港科技大学教授、江苏省中以产业技术研究院院长李泽湘共同点亮启动球。活动还举行了共建常州固立高端装备创新中心、常州大学智能制造产业学院正式入驻中以常州创新园签约仪式，江苏省中以产业技术研究院机器人和智能制造公共服务平台正式揭牌。

On November 28th, the first China-Israel Cooperation Forum on Robot Innovation and New-engineering Education Development Conference was  held. 

In the forum, the Center for Israel Cultural Studies of Changzhou University and the Jewish Cultural Exchange Base of School of Asian and African Studies, Shanghai International Studies University were officially launched. Besides, the China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Network in the Yangtze River Delta was also inaugurated. The network is jointly established by China-Israel Changzhou Industrial Technology Innovation Center, China-Israel Shanghai Innovation Incubator and China-Israel Hangzhou Innovation Incubator. The three founders will enhance cooperation to build the network as a role model for China-Israel innovation cooperation.

11月28日，第一届中以机器人创新合作论坛暨新工科教育发展大会顺利召开。

大会上，常州大学以色列文化研究中心、上海外国语大学东方语学院犹太文化创新交流基地正式揭牌。长三角中以创新平台合作网络正式启动，该平台由常州中以产业技术创新中心、上海中以创新成果孵化加速器、杭州中以创新孵化器三方共同合作成立，未来，各成员单位将紧密协作，发挥各自优势，共同打造国内中以创新合作的标杆平台。

On November 28th, CICP Open Class held its 2nd lecture.

Mr. Li Zexiang, Professor of the HONG KONG University of Science and Technology and Director of JCIITRI, and Ms. Yu Yin, Moderator and Producer of Phoenix InfoNews Channel gave audience two amazing lectures. Besides, Mr. Zvi Shiller, Chair of the Israeli Robotics Association and Mr. Avital Bechar, Director of the Israel Institute of Agriculture Engineering also made presentations on robots online. The open class attracted nearly 300 audience offline from start-ups and universities and over 30,000 audience online.

11月28日，园区举办中以园公开课第二讲。

本次公开课邀请了香港科技大学教授、江苏省中以产业技术研究院院长李泽湘老师和凤凰卫视著名主持人、制片人于盈老师分别带来题为《新制作、新工科、品牌创新生态系统建设》和《巨变时代下，犹太民族的教育启示》的精彩演讲。此外，以色列机器人协会主席Zvi Shiller和以色列国家农业研究院主任、农业机器人实验室负责人Avital Bechar也分别在线上作了机器人领域专题报告。本次公开课共吸引近300名科创企业负责人及高校师生来到现场，超过3万名观众通过直播平台在线聆听了特邀嘉宾们的精彩演讲。

On November 29th, Mr. Li Youping, Deputy Director of the Torch Hi-tech Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology led a delegation to the exhibition hall of CICP. 

The delegation learned about CICP’s work and acknowledged its accomplishments. They also exchanged ideas on cooperation models and platforms with the management of CICP. The delegation also attended the 2020 Wujin National Hi-tech Industrial Zone Innovation Index Launch Conference & The Sixth Overseas Talent Exchange Forum.

11月29日，科技部火炬高技术产业开发中心副主任李有平调研园区。

李有平一行来到园区以色列中心展示馆，详细了解了园区建设发展情况，对园区取得的成绩予以充分肯定，并就创新合作机制、打造合作平台等内容与园区和企业负责人展开深入交流。

In November, CICP launched a number of key platforms. 

The key platforms include the following. A. Industrial Alliance of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. This platform is jointly established by Mr. Tang Peifu, Director of the Orthopedics Department of the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army and the China Clinical Medicine Research Center of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. The platform will bring in, integrate and commercialize innovation resources from Israel; B. China-Israel Interdisciplinary Bio Lab. This platform is established by Jewish French Scientist David Bikard in cooperation with Israel Institute of Technology and Weizmann Institute of Science. And it focuses interdisciplinary precision diagnosis technologies; C. China-Israel Translational Medicine Center. The platform aims to bridge innovative Israeli products with hospitals and clinics in China so as to commercialize innovative research fruits.

11月，园区启用一批重点创新平台。

其中，具有代表性的有：由解放军总医院骨科医学部主任唐佩福领衔，与国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心共建，充分引进、转化、融合以色列创新资源的骨科与运动康复产业联盟；由法裔犹太科学家David Bikard创始，与以色列理工学院、以色列魏茨曼科学研究院均有合作，专攻高度跨学科精确诊断医疗技术的中以联合生物交叉实验室；以及致力于帮助以色列创新产品与国内临床单位开展医工交叉科研协作，加快医疗创新成果转化应用速度的中以转化医学中心等。
