习近平强调，中以经济优势互补，完全能够进行互利共赢的合作。一些中国企业积极参与以色列基础设施建设，许多以色列创新企业到中国落户发展，双方合作打造了海法新港、中以常州创新园、上海创新园等标志性项目，创新成为两国关系的亮点和助推器。

Xi stressed, with complementary strengths in their economies, China and Israel are fully capable of conducting mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation. Some Chinese companies have actively taken part in Israel's infrastructure building, and many innovative companies from Israel are also doing business in China, he noted.

He underscored several cooperation projects between the two sides, including a new port in the northern Israeli coastal city of Haifa, China-Isreal Changzhou Innovation Park and China-Israel (Shanghai) Innovation Park. Innovation has become a highlight and booster for bilateral ties.

11月19日，市委常委会召开会议，传达学习贯彻国家主席习近平11月17日同以色列总统赫尔佐格通电话时的重要讲话精神，听取中以常州创新园建设进展情况汇报，研究部署下一步工作。

会议指出，园区要立足常州、服务江苏、辐射全国、链接全球，创造更多第一唯一，加快建设中以创新合作融合发展先导区、国际化开放创新生态建设示范区、创新驱动新经济产业发展先行区、生态和谐绿色发展样板区，争当中国以色列创新合作领航者，打造“标志性项目”中的“标杆示范”。

It was pointed out that CICP's positioning should be "based on Changzhou, linking global resources, serving not only the development of Jiangsu but also the development of the whole country". More pioneering projects will be undertaken in the future. 11月26日，科技部国际合作司亚非处、江苏省科技厅对外合作处、常州市在园区召开三方工作视频会议，共同商议园区发展。

会议汇报了中以两国领导人通话后常州市及中以园最新工作进展、下一步工作计划，科技部、省科技厅对园区近期工作表示肯定，并对园区下一步工作进行交流。

乔俊杰强调，要进一步探索体制创新，以平台建设为支撑，促进技术服务与交易；以创新体系为依托，服务区域高质量发展；以创新技术为核心，壮大产学研合作网络，形成集人才创业、学术交流、科技服务、生态休闲等功能为一体的科技经济融合发展“武进样板”，营造与国际接轨的开放式创新创业生态。

11月2日，武进区委副书记、代理区长恽淇丞带队调研常州固立高端装备创新中心，了解园区创新创业人才培养和科创项目孵化情况。

恽淇丞表示，武进区将着力打造机器人产业创新联盟，搭建产学研用平台，加强人才、科技、市场等要素间的紧密协作，提升机器人在各个领域的创新水平和应用水平，促进机器人产业健康发展，并推动与其他产业的合作，不断提升地区智能制造水平。

On November 2, Yun Qicheng, deputy party chief and acting mayor of Wujin District, paid a visit to Changzhou Guli High-End Equipment Innovation Center, during which he learned about the programs in talent cultivation and scientific innovation.

Yun pointed out that the district government will focus on setting up an innovation alliance for robot industry. In this way, robots will be applied to more industries, and cooperation among various market players will be strengthened. The healthy development of robot industry will improve the level of intelligent manufacturing in the region.

11月11日，中以常州创新园科技赋能武进区农村产业融合发展合作签约仪式在嘉泽镇人民政府举行。

本次签约仪式，园区与武进区国家农村产业融合发展示范园（创）、嘉泽镇人民政府就开展农业、科技领域合作签署框架协议。下一阶段， 园区将结合嘉泽镇现有花木主导产业，加强以色列农业技术导入与试点应用，积极赋能武进区国家农村产业融合发展示范园建设。

On November 11, the CICP took part in a signing ceremony held in Jiaze Town.

It indicates that the park will be empowered by science and technology to integrate the development of rural industries in Wujin District. According to the framework agreement, the park will authorize the construction of Wujin National Demonstration Park for Comprehensive Rural Industry Development.As horticulture is the pillar industry in Jiaze, CICP will introduce more agricultural technologies from Israel to the town in the next stage.
