2月，以色列企业Cognata正式通过“中以常州创新园共建计划”审核。

Cognata公司成立于2016年，是以色列一家全球领先的大规模汽车仿真系统供应商，用于高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)和自动驾驶汽车市场。Cognata的大数据分析框架可生成洞察报告，通过识别相关的故障案例来提高算法的性能和可靠性。

Cognata, an Israeli enterprise, was officially approved for joining the CIP Initiative in February.

Founded in 2016, Cognata is a world-leading supplier of large-scale simulation systems, whose products are applied in ADAS and autonomous vehicles. Cognata generates insight reports based on big data analysis, and improves the performance and reliability of algorithm through the analysis of malfunction cases.

2月3日，常州市人大常委会副主任戴士福调研园区创新平台建设情况。

戴士福指出，园区的创新教学模式打造了从理论学习到实践应用再到产品转化的全链条，对于人才成长具有重要意义，希望园区未来能培养出更多立足常州、面向世界的创新创业人才。

On Feb 3, Dai Shifu, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, visited CICP to learn about the building of innovation platforms.

According to Dai Shifu, the innovation in CICP’s teaching model establishes a full process in talent cultivation, which is of great importance. A talent can first learn the theories, then get hands-on practice and finally convert his knowledge to products. It is his hope that in the future, CICP will nurture more innovative and entrepreneurial talents for Changzhou.

2月4日，中以常州创新园召开2月月度工作会议。

会议指出，全体工作人员要紧扣“争第一，创唯一”全年工作主基调，聚焦全区“争先奋进年”目标要求，锤炼过硬工作作风，以更加饱满的状态投身园区“十四五”发展开局的各项工作。

On Feb 4, CICP held the monthly working meeting.

As the tone of this year is “strive to be the first, strive to lead”, the meeting required all the staff to bear in mind the target of CICP and that of the district. They will work with enthusiasm, dedicated to all the work items in the first year of the 14th Five Year Plan.

2月6日，2021智能C端冬季科创训练营（常州站）在常州固立高端装备创新中心正式结营。

本次智能C端冬季科创训练营采取“1+4”多地协同模式，在全国5个城市（重庆、东莞松山湖、宁波、常州、香港）同步举办，通过3周时间的创新冲刺，学员们从设计思维出发到Demo落地，真正实现由0到1的突破，跨出创业实践的第一步。常州固立高端装备创新中心作为江苏省中以产业技术研究院机器人及智能制造公共服务平台，与本古里安大学合作，对接以色列创新资源，共建以培养创新创业人才为目标的“新工科”教育体系。

On Feb 6, the 2021 XBOT PARK Winter Camp (Changzhou) successfully hold at Changzhou Guli High-End Equipment Innovation Center in CICP.

This year’s XBOT PARK winter camp took place simultaneously in five cities (Chongqing, Songshanhu in Dongguan, Ningbo, Changzhou and Hong Kong). During the three-week long event, the members learnt about innovative mindsets and gave Demo shows, making their first step towards entrepreneurship.XBot Park is a public service platform on high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing founded by CICP, implementing the “ New Engineering Education” model.XBot Park has cooperated with Ben-Gurion University on jointly cultivating innovative talents, in the meantime also discussing cultivation of innovative talents with some Israeli organizations and academic institution.

2月22日，中以常州创新园召开“开放创新奋进年”工作推进会。

会议贯彻落实市、区创新发展大会精神，明确园区2021年发展目标。对园区优秀企业、先进个人等进行了表彰。2021年，园区将做好“开放创新奋进年”建设，继续打造“创新浓度最高、创业热度最高、人才密度最高”的国际化科创园区。

2021 marks the year to push for opening-up and innovation for CICP. On Feb 22, a promotion conference was held in this respect.

Acting on the guidance from the municipal and district-level conferences on innovation, the meeting set this year’s targets for CICP and awarded honors to the leading individuals and enterprises. In 2021, CICP will continue its efforts in building an international sci-tech park with strong innovation, high talent density and booming entrepreneurship.
